1 Day in Annecy (The Highlights)

If it’s a market day (Tue, Fri, or Sun), wander the food market along Rue Sainte-Claire – sample some cheese or buy fresh berries. Late morning, walk up to the Château d’Annecy. Tour the castle’s museum or at least enjoy the courtyard view.

Afternoon: Head down to the lakefront. Rent a pedal boat or take a one-hour boat cruise around Lake Annecy (departs near Jardins de l’Europe around midday).
